     Over the past several years, I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a NC real estate agent - broker and NC General Contractor in the WAYNESVILLE AND MAGGIE VALLEY LAND-HOME DEVELOPMENT and LOG HOME CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.  Especially when I find a customer their perfect dream property.  And there are certainly some outstanding properties for sale in western North Carolina, with 'Great Smoky Mountain and Blue Ridge Parkway' views, roaring creeks, waterfalls and many other beautiful and relaxing features, not to mention location!!    And as a real estate agent, my primary goals are to match the desires of my customer with the inventory of properties for sale, make the adventure exciting and, hopefully, my customer's dream a reality.   And, I don't give up until I do, because there's nothing more enjoyable than to hear the excitement of a customer describing their first experience of drinking coffee while watching the morning dew rise from our beautiful and colorful mountain tops.   That's why they call our area 'The Great Smoky Mountains'.
